Service Policy
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC, "Company", offers repair, maintenance, and customization services for electric guitars and basses. We may utilize third-party entities for purchasing parts, kits, components, and supplies when deemed necessary to fulfill our obligations to our customers.
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC, “company”, works in-person with customers to receive and return items. Our company will accept items "shipped" to our company if our company has previously given written or verbal approval to a customer. Any shipping charges, inbound or outbound, will be paid by our customer, and will be covered for financial loss only as provided by the shipping carrier. Our Company does not insure any shipments.
All guitars, gear, and equipment accepted for service by our company are assumed to have no problems or issues beyond what is identified by the customer. The company is not responsible for hidden damage (internal, under cover plates or otherwise concealed), electrical components, fitment issues, cracks, chips, abrasions or general wear.
THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION, FITMENT, FUNCTIONALITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS, COMPONENTS, ACCESSORIES OR OTHER ITEMS. ANY MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO INSTALL OR ATTACH CUSTOMER FURNISHED PARTS OR COMPONENTS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CHARGES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE NORMAL CHARGE FOR INSTALLING SAID ITEMS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE MODIFICATIONS TO INSTALL OR ATTACH.
The company makes reasonable efforts to update information on our website, advertising and marketing materials. Request a formal estimate to confirm pricing. Any estimates provided are good for 14 days from date of issuance, except for third-party pricing which is beyond our control. All estimates are based on a specific scope-of-work and any changes to said scope-of-work may affect pricing.
The company will notify customers when any items which they have provided and we received need to be claimed. This includes but is not limited to items we received for our services or items we ordered or otherwise acquired on behalf of the customer. The company will make efforts to contact our customer, however; we are not responsible for the accuracy of, or updating, any customer provided contact information. All balances related to said items must be paid in full (USD) for items to be released to customer. The company may require a claim ticket and/or government issued form of identification to confirm ownership prior to releasing any item. Customers are required to claim items within 30 days of the first notice to claim said items. Any items not claimed and without reasonable correspondence from the customer to the company within 30 days, may be deemed "abandoned" by the company, and are subject to liquidation by the company, without any compensation paid to the customer. Liquidation (i.e., sale, disposal, donation, etc.) of said items does not relieve customer of obligations to pay company for work and/or services provided.
Warranty Policy
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC provides a 14 day warranty on labor and workmanship for repairs and customization services.
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC reserves the only right to resolve any warranty claims. Any subsequent adjustments or work performed by the customer, their agent, or third-party company shall void any warranty provided by Vibral Electric Guitars LLC. Any customer having work performed by a third-party shall bear full responsibility for any charges from the entity performing said work.
Any warranty-related terms, notes, or language made in writing by Vibral Electric Guitars LLC to a customer during all correspondence shall supersede language on this page.
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC does not provide warranties on products, parts, components, supplies, or materials fabricated, manufactured or otherwise produced by third-party companies, suppliers or vendors. When any third-party vendor, supplier or manufacturer has a written warranty on a product, part, component, or material the warranty shall be provided to our customer as only a potential pass-through warranty. All items covered by a pass-through warranty are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the provider of said warranty.
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC is not responsible for any support or participation in filing, managing or resolving claims or issues with third-party warranties. Vibral Electric Guitars LLC reserves the right to bill customers for our costs to replace, repair, or install any product, part, component, device, or material required to rectify a warranty claim.
Vibral Electric Guitars LLC specifically DOES NOT WARRANTY work which is normally considered "temporary" and/or "consumable".
Abuse, damage or alterations to our work, including parts installed, shall void any warranty of all services provided relative to the problematic situation.
All customer provided parts, components, supplies, and materials to be used as part of a service agreement with Vibral Electric Guitars LLC are received and used "As-Is", without any obligation upon Vibral Electric Guitars LLC to inspect or otherwise assess the suitability, fitment or proper working condition of said items. Vibral Electric Guitars LLC does not offer a warranty of any kind, express or implied, for said items. Our written warranty statement, notations or limitations of liability supersede any real or perceived verbal communications of informal messaging.
